How do I reconstitute a 10 mg PT-141 vial?

Add 1 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg PT-141 vial. That gives you 10 mg per mL. On a U-100 insulin syringe, 10 units equals 1 mg of PT-141, and 17.5 units equals 1.75 mg (the standard scouting dose). Take the shot 30-60 minutes before sex. Pour water down the vial wall, swirl, and store in the fridge.
